Product Information
Obey My Demand have made every effort to ensure all garments are displayed as accurate as is possible. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect that of the garment so variation on delivery may occur. Other factors such as the natural dying process of silk may cause slight alteration in garment colour, but we will endeavour to ensure the closest match to that shown online. Due to the raw nature of silk and leather, garments may differ in texture due to natural flaws. We use the finest of all materials and will avoid any major flaws in the fabric when producing your garment, but some natural occurrences such as slubs in silk and varying texture in leather is a natural property of each fabric so a variation across garments can be expected. Obey My Demand take great Order to ensure that all details, prices and product description are correct at the time of being entered on our website.

Pricing and Payment Terms
All OMD pricing is shown, and is payable, in UK pounds sterling (GBP) only.
All pricing is shown exclusive of delivery charges and any appropriate import duty.
Payment terms :
50% deposit on placement of Order (non-refundable)
Remaining 50% balance to be in cleared funds prior to delivery
UK customers may Order and pay by post enclosing a cheque made payable to “Obey My Demand”
Any Orders will only be processed into production upon receipt of 50% cleared funds.
OMD reserve the right to amend pricing at any time.

Payment Methods
Payment is currently only acceptable via cheque or via Paypal. OMD are currently unable to accept payments via debit or credit cards.

Ordering
All OMD garments are handmade to Order, therefore please ensure that sizing information is provided accurately as refunds cannot be given for incorrect measurement information being supplied at point of Order. Also please note that as garments are all handmade to Order and, therefore, take time to complete, delivery may be up to 28 days from date of receipt of cleared funds. If an item is required urgently, please contact us before placing the Order to check if your deadline can be met.

Shipping
Goods will be despatched, upon receipt of final cleared funds, to any worldwide destination. All prices are shown exclusive of shipping costs, and also note that any import duties or taxes levied are the responsibility of the purchaser as OMD has no control over these costs. All goods are shipped via Royal Mail special delivery services and must be signed for. Shipping prices are as per Royal Mail published tariff at the time of postage.

Damage In Transit
Any transitory damage to the goods may be either rejected on delivery, or OMD must be notified immediately upon receipt, and also recorded on the respective delivery documentation. It is essential that all packaging is retained to provide proof of damage for subsequent claim against the carrier.

Returns
OMD will exchange or provide a credit note for any faulty, unworn goods, on proviso that we have been notified of the problem, in writing (inc e-mail) within 7 days of delivery. Please note that any items returned as faulty but not previously reported, prior to posting, will not be refunded. Please ensure that any returns are sent via recorded or registered mail only, as OMD cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in the post. Any goods returned from outside of the UK must be clearly marked on customs declaration as “RETURNS” to prevent customs charges being incurred. In the event of failure to do this and charges being incurred, OMD reserve the right to refuse the product, or re-charge all associated costs back to you. All costs of return are the responsibility of the sender, unless the product is proven faulty, upon which OMD will readily refund the associated costs of postage. This can only apply when OMD are aware of the item being returned and the associated costs.

All copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property in this website remain at all times the property of OMD. The use of content from this website is only permitted solely for your own personal and non-commercial use. Reproduction is strictly prohibited, and any exploitation, or use of any content for commercial use is a violation of the relevant applicable laws.

Law
All conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
